One team for everything in the house.

Most families come to us with a full house, a deadline and a lot of questions. We walk through the home with you, recommend the right way to sell, and put the whole plan in writing before any work begins.

Fine furniture and art, kitchen drawers, garage shelves: all of it gets a plan. You’ll know what will be sold, how it will be sold, and what happens to anything that isn’t.

What we sell

  • Antique and modern furniture
  • Paintings, prints and frames
  • Silver, china and glassware
  • Rugs and textiles
  • Books, records and collections
  • Tools, garage and garden
  • Everyday household goods

How it works

  1. A walk-through

We see the house and its contents with you, and hear what has to happen and by when. It’s free.

  2. A written proposal

The selling method, fees, timeline and the plan for anything unsold, on paper before you decide.

  3. The sale and the handover

We prepare and sell the contents, coordinate buyer pickup and hand the house back as agreed.

A Rockridge Craftsman, a Montclair hillside home and a Lakeshore condo each need a different plan. Stairs, parking, elevators and building rules go into the proposal from the start, not on pickup day.

Questions families ask

What is estate liquidation?

Estate liquidation is the process of organizing and selling household contents, with a plan for what remains. It may involve an estate sale, online auction, and a separately agreed cleanout, depending on the home and your priorities.

Do I need to sort or clean the house first?

No. Set aside personal documents, photographs, medications, keys, and family keeps. Leave the rest for assessment before donating, discarding, or refinishing items. A fully sorted home is not required.

What does an assessment cost?

The initial estate assessment is free. The work itself is quoted after we understand the contents, property access, deadline, and services needed. Ask for the full scope and fees in writing before deciding.

Can you help if I live outside the Bay Area?

Yes. Tell us who can provide access, who is authorized to make decisions, and how you would like updates. A written keep list and a single family contact make remote coordination easier.

Will everything sell?

No sale method guarantees that every item will sell. The proposal should explain what happens to unsold and uncollected belongings, including any separately quoted removal or donation arrangements.
